We have developed the unisex Large Brim Hat to be both stylish and practical… the ultimate combination! The proportions of this style are very flattering and the upturned brim, Harris Tweed fabric and pheasant feathers define the hat’s countryside style.

The Large Brim Hat is made from two colours of Harris Tweed adding definition to the shape. It is also lined with Sara Tiara printed silk and decorated with a luxurious mix of buttons, including leather football buttons. Harris Tweed is showerproof by nature however we have added further protection by treating the hat with Earth friendly Nikwax… which will keep you dry from the rain.

Like all our designs the Large Brim Hat has been both masterfully and mindfully made in the New Forest, ENGLAND.

The Water Resistant Large Brim Hat is also available in 4 other colour combinations. You may also find a matching tweed coat, jacket or cape in the same tweed combination.

Harris Tweed is a famous handwoven tweed from the Outer Hebrides and protected by Act of Parliament. This magical fabric is often referred to as “the Champagne of tweeds”.
